Why we exist

One dashboard instead of three notebooks

Most clothing shops in India don't run on one system — they run on a rental register, a tailor's personal notebook, and a counter tally sheet, stitched together by memory. It works, until the shop gets busy: wedding season volume, a repeat customer nobody can place, a payment nobody remembers collecting.

We built Welaro so a shop can start with the one problem it actually has — rentals, stitching orders, or counter sales — and add the others later without starting over. Same customer records, same dashboard, same login, whether a shop runs one module or all three.

We're still early, and we'd rather stay honest about that than inflate it. What we do have is a product shaped by direct feedback from the shops using it today, and a small team that answers support requests personally.

Welaro is an early, actively developed product. We work closely with the shops already on the platform, and new features come directly from what real counters and shop floors ask for — not a fixed roadmap decided in isolation.
