Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Welaro's Rental, Tailoring, and POS software (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Using the Service

You can use any combination of the Rental, Tailoring, and POS modules — a single module on its own, or all three together. Access is provided on the plan you've agreed to, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your data

Data you enter into the Service — customer records, rental and order details, inventory, and billing information — belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Store or process data you don't have the right to store or process.

Plans and payment

Pricing depends on which modules you use and how many users you have, as set out on our Pricing pageor agreed with you directly. We'll notify you before any change to your plan's pricing takes effect.

Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. On request, we'll provide an export of your data before it is deleted from our systems.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
